Warranty
We guarantee our repair service for one year from the date of your order.
During the warranty period, if you send the product to us for repair, it will be sent to the SAMSUNG service center in Korea.
Please note that in the case of free repair, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee, and in the case of paid repair, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and the repair fee.
Regarding delivery
All products are shipped from Korea.

About returns
Only unopened items can be returned for customer's convenience.
- In this case, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
