We guarantee our repair service for one year from the date of your order.
During the warranty period, if you send the product to us for repair, it will be sent to the LG Service Center in Korea for repair.
Please note that in the case of free repair, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee, and in the case of paid repair, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and the repair fee.
All products are shipped from Korea.
We will send the product to the address you entered. Please note that if the address is unknown, the product may not be delivered.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days from Shipment to Delivery
EMS/DHL/FEDEX special shipping: 3-5 business days
Only unopened items can be returned for customer's convenience.
- In this case, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- We charge 20% of the product price as a restocking fee.
- If the product is defective, we accept returns within one week after receiving the product.
- We do not accept returns for orders other than 30 days after the order date.
