Galaxy S22 カメラ新規アップデート。「カメラアシスタント」アプリリリース。

On the 27th, SAMSUNG Electronics released a new app "Camera Assistant" that further enhances the camera functions of the Galaxy series.

According to Samsung, the camera assistant app allows you to choose whether or not to activate certain functions such as automatic lens conversion, automatic HDR, and fast-shooting. You can also set various shooting options, such as choosing the number of photos that will be taken after the timer is activated.

The main features of the camera assistant released by SMASUNG are as follows.

Auto HDR : If you want to take photos with natural atmosphere without HDR effect, you can turn off Auto HDR menu.

Soft Photo Texture : Activate this function to adjust the soft texture around the photo.

Automatic Lens Conversion : 'Automatic Lens Conversion' function automatically switches the camera lens according to the distance to the subject and the lighting environment. If you want to use the telephoto lens instead of the wide lens when taking close-up shots, you can deactivate this function in the menu.

Record video from photo mode : If you turn this feature off, it will not be possible to record video even if you press and hold the button from photo mode, so you can prevent accidental video recording.

Number of shots when timer is set : In timer mode, you can take some photos automatically and quickly. At this time, you can choose the number of continuous shots from 1, 3, 5, or 7.

Rapid Shooting: This mode can take up to 7 photos every second, which is useful for shooting moving objects.

Camera auto-off : You can choose how long the camera app (preview screen) stays on (1, 2, 5, 10 minutes)

Clean HDMI : Shows the camera preview screen without menus or buttons from a display connected via HDMI.

Meanwhile, the camera assistant app is currently available for the Galaxy S22 series with One UI 5 and above.
